Welcome to the Cornix Marketplace!

To ensure a fair and transparent environment, we have established some guidelines for submitting reviews.

Below are key points to help you understand what is considered a valid review, and what might lead to a review being declined.

1. Use Appropriate Language

To keep things professional, and maintain a respectful and constructive environment, reviews must use appropriate language. Any reviews containing offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language will be declined.

2. Keep Information Accuracy

Reviews should contain accurate information. Details such as profits and losses from the channels, how long are you trading the channel, prices etc.

It's crucial that reviews reflect truthful and accurate information. Reviews with inaccuracies about profits, losses, or trading activities that don't match the account status may be flagged.

3. Focus on the Channel Content

Reviews should focus solely on the specific channel's content and performance.

Feedback about Cornix is outside the scope of Marketplace reviews. Please direct any general feedback about Cornix to our support team, or to our Feedback page: https://feedback.cornix.io/.

4. Avoid Conflict of Interest

If a review appears to be submitted by someone with a potential conflict of interest, such as a channel admin or an individual with a vested interest, it may be flagged.

This ensures that all reviews remain fair and credible.

If a review violates one or multiple aspects of our guidelines, it will be declined.

If the review was declined for any other specific reason that was not predefined by the categories of this document, we encourage you to contact our support team for further clarification and assistance.

Note: In some cases, when a review is declined, you'll have the option to edit your review and submit it again.

By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure that the Cornix Marketplace remains a reliable and trustworthy resource for all users.

Thank you for your cooperation!
