2. Keep Information Accuracy
Reviews must reflect real trading experience with the channel.
Please include only accurate information, such as your overall impression, trading results (profits and losses), how long you’ve traded the channel, pricing, and support.
Reviews should be truthful and based on actual activity. If you didn’t execute real trades with the channel, or if the information shared (for example, profits or losses) doesn’t match your account data, the review may be flagged and rejected.
If you did not place real trades, clearly state whether your feedback is based on demo trading or backtesting.
3. Focus on the Channel Content
Reviews should focus solely on the specific channel's content and performance.
Feedback about Cornix is outside the scope of Marketplace reviews. Please direct any general feedback about Cornix to our support team, or to our Feedback page: https://feedback.cornix.io/.
4. Avoid Conflict of Interest
If a review appears to be submitted by someone with a potential conflict of interest, such as a channel admin or an individual with a vested interest, it may be flagged.
This ensures that all reviews remain fair and credible.
If a review violates one or multiple aspects of our guidelines, it will be declined.
If the review was declined for any other specific reason that was not predefined by the categories of this document, we encourage you to contact our support team for further clarification and assistance.
Note: In some cases, when a review is declined, you'll have the option to edit your review and submit it again.
