If you wish to delete your Cornix account, you can request that the Cornix Support Team enable this option on your end and proceed with the deletion yourself.
⚠️ Important Notes Before You Proceed
Once you complete this process, your account will be fully deleted, and all data will be lost. This action is irreversible.
If you have open trades, your active orders will remain open on the exchange and will stop being managed by Cornix.
How to Delete the Account
Follow these steps to delete an account using the Web Dashboard or the Mobile App:
Contact Cornix support and request to enable the 'Delete Account' button on your account. You can reach our support team through any of the following:
Via Web Dashboard - Go to Cornix Dashboard and use the chat widget in the bottom-right corner.
Via Mobile App - Open the app and go to Menu → Support.
Via Telegram - Use our support bot: @cornix_tech_support_bot
Navigate to:
Menu → Settings → Account & Security → Delete AccountFollow the on-screen instructions to confirm.
Note: If you do not see the 'Delete Account' button on your app, you’ll need to contact the Cornix Support Team to enable it.
