To improve overall system performance and ensure signal quality, Cornix has introduced a limitation on the number of open signals that can be managed simultaneously per channel. This limit is based on the number of active users currently trading the channel’s signals.

The Open Signals Thresholds

The number of open signals allowed per channel depends on the number of active users:

  • 0 active users → Up to 100 open signals

  • 3+ active users → Up to 500 open signals

  • 4–10 active users → Up to 2,500 open signals

  • 10+ active users → Up to 25,000 open signals

An “active user” is defined as a user with an active paid Cornix subscription (not free) who also subscribed to the channel at some point (can also be in the past).

Once the limit is reached, new signals will be blocked, and no new signals will be opened until the number of open signals drops below the threshold.

🔔 How will I know when I reach the limit?

As a channel admin, you will receive a notification when a signal is blocked due to this limit. To receive these updates, make sure you are connected with the official Cornix bot @cornix_trading_bot and that your Cornix Notifications bot is enabled @cornix_notifications_bot.
