If you’ve purchased a subscription through Cornix and want to stop the automatic renewal, here’s everything you need to know.
Auto-Renewal Based on Payment Method
💳 PayPal
When you purchase a subscription via PayPal, you approve the automatic-renewal of the subscription. This creates a recurring payment contract on your PayPal account and ensures your subscription will remain active and your trades managed, with no interruptions.
💰 Cryptocurrency
If you paid using cryptocurrencies, there's no automatic-renewal. Any payment by Crypto is a one time payment, and must be renewed manually each time.
How to Cancel Auto-Renewal
You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
💻 Via Cornix Web Dashboard:
Log into your account at dashboard.cornix.io
Go to the Billing page
Click 'Cancel Subscription'
🚀 Via Cornix Telegram App:
Go to @cornix_trading_bot and send the /start command
Click the Open Cornix button
Go to Menu and then to the Billing page
Click 'Cancel-auto renewal'.
What Happens After Canceling?
Once auto-renewal is canceled:
✅ Your subscription remains active until its expiration date.
✅ You'll receive a notification before your subscription expires. The notification will be sent one week and one day before the expiration date.
Note:
🚫 Cancelling the automatic renewal will not cancel already initiated payments, it will only apply on future payments, meaning you won’t be charged again, unless you manually renew your subscription.
Common Questions About Canceling Auto-Renewal
Will my account be deactivated after I cancel auto-renewal?
No. Your account will remain active until the end of your current paid period. After that, your account will be automatically converted to the Free plan, unless you resubscribe.Can Cornix cancel my PayPal auto-renewal for me?
No. Only the account holder can cancel the PayPal auto-renewal directly through PayPal.🔔 Note: Canceling auto-renewal does not stop a payment that has already been initiated or scheduled for processing on the same day.
