Overview

The Asset Manager Plan is built for professional traders and asset managers who need to scale trading activity efficiently across multiple accounts.
With Cornix, you can automate your strategies, maintain consistent execution, and monitor every account's performance - all in one place.

The plan also includes powerful bulk management tools, allowing you to edit, activate, deactivate, or close multiple trades and bots at once, helping you respond quickly to market movements and streamline day-to-day operations.

This article outlines best practices for setting up your trading structure, managing trades at scale, and tracking performance using the tools available in your Cornix dashboard.

⚙️

Step 1 - Set Up Your Trading Method

Depending on your trading style and goals, there are several ways to operate the Asset Manager Plan:

1. Signals Bot - Trade with Your Own Analysis

Use this method if you generate your own trade setups and want your managed accounts to automatically execute trades based on your analysis.
With this approach, you'll create a private Telegram signal channel where you post your trading signals - either manually or through an automated script - and connect it to your Cornix Signals Bot. Each signal you send will trigger a corresponding trade across all your managed accounts.

Ideal for: Asset managers who actively analyze markets and want full control over every trade.

How to set it up:

This method gives you complete control over every trade and ensures consistency across all managed accounts.

2. Signals Bots - Copy External Providers

Use this method if you prefer to follow signals from a trusted third-party channel and automatically copy their trades across your managed accounts.
Here, instead of posting your own signals, you'll connect your Cornix account to the external signal provider's channel. Once connected, that channel becomes available for all your managed accounts to follow and auto-trade.

Ideal for: Asset managers who rely on external analysts or signal services and want to replicate their trades efficiently across multiple accounts.

How to set it up:

  • Join the external signal provider with your Cornix account, or explore the Cornix Marketplace to discover top-performing signal channels available for auto-trading.

  • Create a Signals Bot, configure your trading settings, and connect it to the provider's channel.

  • Duplicate the bot for each API-connected account to apply the same setup.

  • Activate the bots when ready to start copying new trades.

3. DCA & Grid Strategies

If you’re looking to trade automatically using smart bots that operate based on predefined trading strategies and market conditions, DCA or Grid Bots might be the right method for you.
Once configured, these bots will continuously execute trades according to your selected configurations. After activating the bots, minimal manual intervention is required.

  • Duplicate your bots across all your API-connected accounts to apply the same strategy consistently.

  • Use Bulk Actions to manage multiple bots at once:

    • For Grid Bots, you can activate, deactivate, and delete bots in bulk.

    • For DCA Bots, you can edit configurations, activate, deactivate, and delete bots.

This approach allows you to scale automated strategies efficiently, ensuring that all managed accounts follow the same logic and risk management setup, while reducing the time and effort required for manual trading.

4. TradingView Bots (Script-Based Automation)

If you’re looking to automate your trades based on custom TradingView alerts and scripts, you may use TradingView Bots.
TV smart bots connect directly to your TradingView alerts, allowing you to execute trades automatically based on your own scripts, indicators, and alerts.

Once set and activated, the bot will monitor your TradingView alerts and instantly execute trades on your connected API accounts when alerts are fired.

Step 2 - Manage Trades and Positions

Once your trading methods are set up, you will be able to manage all your trades at any time via the Trades section in your Cornix dashboard.

Here you can:

  • Filter trades by source, direction, exchange, and other parameters.

  • Sort trades by symbol, PnL, date, or other table columns.

  • Use Bulk Close Trades to close multiple trades simultaneously, especially useful for reacting quickly to market events.

In the Portfolio section, you can easily monitor all available assets and open positions across your connected accounts. The Positions page provides detailed information for each open position, including entry price, liquidation price, and other exchange-reported data. This view helps you maintain full visibility and control over your active trades.

Step 3 - Monitor Accounts and Portfolio Performance

Use the Accounts section in your Cornix Web Dashboard to track each account's performance and portfolio changes.

Click one account at a time to review the following information:

  • General: Account information and configuration, balance overview, and portfolio performance over time.

  • Assets: All assets currently held under that account.

  • Positions: View open position data per account. Use the different sorting options according to your needs.

  • Trades: Get an overview of open and closed trades per account.

To manage an account, click the three dots (⋯) at the top right of the account page to delete, edit, or deactivate it.

Note: When deleting an account, all related data is permanently removed and cannot be restored. If unsure, you can deactivate the account instead to pause activity without losing any data.
