Overview

The Invoices page allows Asset Managers to generate performance-based invoices for their clients.

With this feature, you can charge a percentage commission based on your clients’ profits over a selected period of time, and generate a professional invoice document with your branding included.

How to generate invoices?

Add a Payout Method

  1. Under "My Payout Methods" click "+Add a Method"

  2. Give your payment method a name

  3. Choose your payout service (PayPal or Crypto) and fill in all the details

  4. Click "Create"

Create the Invoice

  1. Click "+Create Invoice"

  2. Choose one or more client accounts
*When choosing multiple accounts, the invoice will be calculated based on the combined performance of these accounts.

  3. Select the billing period

  4. Define the profit share percent (your commission percentage)

  5. Choose the payment method that will be attached to that invoice

  6. Click "Create"

Once you click "Create", a download of the invoice document will start, and you'll be able to share it with your clients.

The invoice will then be added to the Invoices list, with its details and status.

By Clicking the '...' menu you can download the invoice, delete it, and edit its status to paid or cancelled.

What’s Included in the Invoice?

Each invoice file includes:

  • Your branding (Display name and logo)

  • The invoice period

  • Total PnL of the selected accounts

  • Profit sharing percentage

  • Final amount due

  • QR code for quick payment

  • The payment details (PayPal Email or Wallet address)

Important Notes:

  • The commission will be calculated automatically based on closed trades PnL.

  • Invoices can be branded, according to your "Asset Manager Settings"

  • If there is no profit during the period, no commission is generated.

  • Invoices are currently created manually. Automated invoicing is planned for a future release.

  • Cornix does not process payments. Invoices are generated as documents for manual payment between you and your client.
