The Accounts section provides a high-level overview of your entire portfolio's performance. Instead of logging into multiple exchanges, you can use this page to monitor your total balance, track historical changes, ensure your connections are healthy, and dive deep into the specific assets and positions of each individual account.

Web Dashboard Instructions

  1. Navigate to the left sidebar and click on the Accounts tab located under the Portfolio category.

  2. Review the top section of the page to see your total balance. Use the Accounts allocation pie chart to see exactly how your funds are distributed across different exchanges.

  3. Analyze the Portfolio Change line chart to track your overall balance over specific timeframes (e.g., 1d, 1w, 1m).

  4. Scroll down to view your individual account cards. Each card provides a quick summary of a specific exchange account, including its Total balance, Available balance, and a mini-chart showing the Balance (24h) change.

  5. Check the Status indicator on each card to ensure your account is connected correctly.

Mobile App Instructions

  1. Open the app and tap on Portfolio in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. The app will default to the Accounts section.

  3. Review your total balance at the top of the screen.

  4. Scroll through the list of your connected accounts to check their individual balances and connection statuses.

Managing Accounts (Quick Actions)

If you need to make changes to a specific account connection, click the three-dot menu (...) in the top right corner of any account card. This will reveal three options:

  • Delete: Permanently remove the exchange account connection from Cornix.

  • Edit: Update your API keys or account settings.

  • Deactivate / Activate: Temporarily pause or resume the connection without deleting your settings.

Exploring Account Details

Clicking or tapping directly on an account card will open the Account Details panel, giving you a comprehensive breakdown of that specific exchange account through four tabs:

  • General: Displays a dedicated Portfolio Change chart for this account, along with Account Information (Creation Date, API Key masking) and Account Configuration (like your Position Mode).

  • Assets: Shows a pie chart and a detailed list of all the specific coins currently held within this account.

  • Positions: Displays the open positions specifically tied to this account, including PnL and Margin details.

  • Trades: Lists the open and closed trades executed on this specific account.

Understanding Account Statuses

When viewing your account cards, you will see a status indicator that tells you if Cornix can successfully communicate with your exchange.

  • Active: The account is properly connected and ready for trading.

  • Inactive: The account has been manually deactivated within Cornix.

  • Invalid: The connection has failed. This usually happens if your API keys have expired, lack the correct permissions, or were deleted on the exchange side.

πŸ’‘ Note: If you have many accounts connected, you can use the search bar or click the Filters button at the top of the page to quickly find a specific exchange.

⚠️ Important: If an account shows an "Invalid" status, you will not be able to execute trades on it. You will need to update your API keys via the Edit option or reconnect the account to resume trading.
