Auto-renewal is a billing feature that automatically extends your Cornix subscription at the end of each billing cycle. The goal of auto-renewal is to ensure your access to the Cornix software and your active Bots remains uninterrupted. Depending on how you pay, you may need to manually manage this setting to prevent unwanted charges.
How Payment Methods Affect Auto-Renewal
The payment method you choose when initially subscribing to Cornix determines how auto-renewal is handled:
Apple Pay: Auto-renewal is enabled by default. Because Apple manages these transactions directly, you cannot cancel an Apple Pay auto-renewal inside the Cornix platform. You must cancel it through your Apple device settings.
Google Pay and PayPal: Auto-renewal is enabled by default. You approve this recurring payment setting during your initial checkout process. You can manually cancel auto-renewal for these methods directly within the Cornix billing dashboard.
Cryptocurrencies: The auto-renewal feature is automatically disabled when paying with crypto. You will need to manually renew your subscription at the end of your billing cycle to maintain access.
How to Cancel Auto-Renewal Manually
How you cancel depends entirely on the payment method you used. Please follow the steps for your specific platform below.
Canceling PayPal or Google Pay Subscriptions (Via Cornix)
If you used PayPal, Google Pay, or a standard credit card, you must cancel the auto-renewal feature from your Cornix billing dashboard.
Log in to your Cornix account.
Navigate to the Billing page:
On Web: Click the Billing icon on the left sidebar.
On Mobile: Tap the Menu button on the bottom navigation bar, scroll down the menu, and select Billing.
Look at the top of the page to locate the My Plan section. Here you will see your current plan tier and your next renewal date.
Click the Cancel Auto-Renewal button located on the right side of the screen, next to your renewal date.
Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Canceling Apple Pay Subscriptions (Via Apple)
If you purchased your subscription using Apple Pay on an iOS device, Apple restricts third-party apps from managing your billing. You must cancel the subscription directly through Apple.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your [Apple ID Name] at the very top of the screen.
Tap Subscriptions.
Locate and tap your active Cornix subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription. If you do not see a cancel button, the subscription is already canceled and will not renew.
โ ๏ธ Important: You must complete your specific cancellation process before your next billing date. Simply deleting the Cornix app or stopping your trading activity does not cancel your subscription or stop future charges.

Why don't I see a cancel button on my Cornix Billing page? If you used Apple Pay to subscribe, the Cancel Auto-Renewal button will not appear in Cornix. Apple requires you to manage and cancel Apple Pay subscriptions directly through your Apple ID settings on your iOS device.
Will I lose access immediately if I cancel auto-renewal? No. When you cancel auto-renewal, you will retain full access to all of your Cornix features and active Bots until the very end of your current, already-paid billing cycle. Your expiration date will be displayed in the My Plan section of the Billing page.
Does inactivity automatically cancel my subscription? No. Simply not using the Cornix software, pausing your trades, or being inactive does not stop the auto-renewal process. You must manually cancel the auto-renewal feature using the steps above to stop future billing.
