The Community Admin plan is our most advanced subscription tier for trading communities and signal providers. Unlike the Asset Manager plan, which restricts clients to read-only access, the Community Admin plan allows your members to have write permissions.

The goal of this plan is to provide a fully Whitelabeled infrastructure where you provide the signals, but your members retain the ability to manage, edit, and close their own trades within your branded environment.

Pricing and API Slots

The Community Admin plan uses a tiered pricing structure based on the number of member API slots required.

Base Plan:

  • Starting Price: $219.90 per month

  • Included Capacity: 10 Primary API Slots

Additional Slot Tiers: To expand your community capacity, you can purchase additional slots at the following discounted rates:

  • +10 slots: $22.00 per slot

  • +50 slots: $18.00 per slot

  • +100 slots: $14.00 per slot

πŸ’‘ Note: Additional slots must be purchased in increments of 10.

Key Features of the Community Admin Plan

1. Full Whitelabel Infrastructure

Provide a branded auto-trading platform dedicated to your clients, powered by Cornix. You can run specific signals-relevant trading options and tracking pages under your own custom subdomain (for example, dashboard.yourbrand.com). The supported Whitelabel pages include Signals Bots, Signals Page, Dashboard, Portfolio, and Trades.

πŸ’‘ Note: The Whitelabel infrastructure is fully included in your base subscription price. There are no additional setup fees.

How to Set Up Your Whitelabel Platform

While you can update basic fields directly in your Cornix dashboard, the complete Whitelabel domain and logo setup requires a brief setup process.

Step 1: DNS Pre-Setup In your domain provider's DNS settings (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap), you must create a CNAME record that points your chosen subdomain to the Cornix servers.

  • Record Type: CNAME

  • Name/Host: Your chosen subdomain prefix (e.g., dashboard or app)

  • Value/Points To: dashboard.cornix.io

Step 2: Submit Your Brand Assets Once your DNS is configured, contact Cornix Support and provide the following list of assets and values to complete your custom build:

  • Domain: Your exact chosen subdomain (e.g., dashboard.yourdomain.com)

  • Tab Title: The text displayed on the user's browser tab

  • Display Name: Your main brand name as it will appear in the system

  • Favicon: 32x32 pixels (If not provided, your rounded logo will be used)

  • Transparent Rounded Logo: 512x512 pixels (Provide two versions: one for Light Mode, one for Dark Mode)

  • Transparent Rectangle Logo: 960x300 pixels (Provide two versions: one for Light Mode, one for Dark Mode)

  • Supported Exchanges: A list of specific exchanges you want to allow your members to connect, or simply state "All Supported Exchanges"

πŸ’‘ Note: To submit your custom images and logos for the Whitelabel setup, please contact our support team directly. The Whitelabel customization is fully included in your base subscription price with no extra setup fees.

2. Secure Onboarding with Write Permissions

Using the Secure Client Invite system, you can onboard members safely and efficiently.

  • Member Autonomy: Members connect their own exchange APIs and are granted write permissions. This means they can manually intervene, edit trade configurations, or close positions themselves, giving them full control over their funds.

3. Advanced Signal Integration

You can send signals to Cornix for automated execution through multiple supported methods, including:

Scalability and Execution

  • Automated Scaling: Manage hundreds or thousands of members simultaneously without performance degradation.

  • Full Signal Support: Complete support for all advanced Cornix features, including Multiple Entries, Multiple Take-Profits, and all Trailing configurations (Trailing Entry, Trailing Take-Profit, Trailing Stop-Loss).

  • Centralized Billing: You pay for the total slot capacity centrally. This allows you to bundle Cornix automated execution as a seamless, included benefit within your own community's subscription offering.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is the main difference between Community Admin and Asset Manager? The core difference is control. In the Asset Manager plan, the end-user has read-only access and the manager strictly controls the trades. In the Community Admin plan, the end-user (your member) has write permissions and can actively manage, edit, or close their own trades.

Are there any extra setup fees for the Whitelabel feature? No. The fully branded Whitelabel interface is completely included in the $219.90/month base price of the Community Admin plan.

Are there limits on how many users or signals I can manage? There are no concrete limits. You can scale your Community Admin account to connect hundreds or thousands of users by purchasing additional API slots as needed.

Do my clients need to pay for their own Cornix subscription? No. As the Community Admin, you pay for the Cornix plan and the API slots centrally. You can then include auto-trading as part of your own subscription offering to your users.

What if I need more than the standard API slot tiers? You can buy as many additional slots as you need to scale your community. If you require a massive scale of APIs, you will automatically receive the highest discount tier for your bulk purchase.

Can I switch from Asset Manager to Community Admin? You cannot switch automatically from within the dashboard. Because these are equivalent-level packages, you must reach out to the Cornix support team for assistance with the migration.
