Creating MEXC API - Step by Step
Before you start, please make sure you complete your MEXC account verification, in case you wish to trade Futures.
MEXC allows Futures API key creation only for accounts that have completed their Primary or Advanced KYC, when API Keys with only Spot permissions can be created without it.
You can follow this link to learn how to verify your account.
Once your account is verified, you will be able to complete the steps.
We highly recommend using the MEXC Quick Connect feature for a fast, easy, and seamless process! This feature will automatically create your API Keys with the required permissions and add it to Cornix.
Step 1 - Enter the API Management section
Go to mexc.com and open the 'API Management' section:
Step 2 - Create API Keys
Fill in the required fields according to the screenshot:
Choose the required permissions, such as 'Account' and 'Trade'
Give a name to your API keys under the 'Notes' field
Do not link any IP address
Click 'Create' and copy your API Keys.
Step 3 - Add API Keys to Cornix
Navigate to your Cornix Dashboard > Accounts > '+ Create'
Choose 'MEXC', enter the account name, and enter your API keys.
