Managing Signals

Written by Dor
Updated today

Any active signal can be closed or edited by the signal channel administrator, and it will then be automatically applied to the users' trades as well, given they have not opened the signal using the "Follow Signal" button or other manual ways.

There are several ways to edit your signals:

Through Web Dashboard

To manage your signals, switch to Admin Interface in the top left corner, go to the Signals section, and choose the needed channel on top:

Then, use 3 dots button "..." to see the available options:

Let's break down each one:

Close Signal

Clicking the "Close Signal" option will close the signal, which will also close trades for all channel members who have opened this signal through Signals Bot auto-trading.

Close Signals in Bulk

Note that you can select several signals and close them all at once:

Edit Targets

Clicking the "Edit Targets" option will open a tab that allows you to edit Entry, Take-Profit, and Stop-Loss orders of the signal.

Use the 3 dots "..." button and choose one of the following options:

Edit

Here you can edit the price and %-ratio of the order:

Cancel

Clicking the "Cancel" option will cancel the order from the signal:

Cancel and redistribute

Clicking the "Cancel and redistribute" option will cancel the order and redistribute its amount across other same-type pending orders.

Move to current price

Clicking the "Move to current price" option will change the order's price to the current price.

Add new target

You can use the blue "+" button to add new orders to the already published signal:

Edit Config

You can edit the following configurations of your already opened signal:

Trailing Entry, Trailing Take-Profit, Trailing Stop-Loss and Amount Per Trade

Through Mobile App

To manage your signals, switch to Admin Interface in the top left corner, go to the Signals section, and choose the needed channel on top:

To manage your signals, click "Menu" in the bottom right corner and switch your Workspace to "Admin Interface".

Here you can open the Signals tab, choose the needed channel, and manage each signal separately:

Use the 3 dots "..." button to see all available signal actions:

Close Signal

Clicking the "Close Signal" option will close the signal, which will also close trades for all channel members who have opened this signal through Signals Bot auto-trading.

Edit targets

This option will open a window to add new targets to the signal or edit already existing ones:

Use 3 dots "..." button to see all available target actions:

Follow & Update

These options here refer to the trade itself, meaning to 'Follow' is to open a trade from the chosen signal, and 'Update' is to manually catch up with edits that were applied to the signal, but not your trade since it's not automatic.

Add new target

You can use the blue "+" button to add new orders to the already published signal:

Edit Config

You can edit the following configurations of your already opened signal:

Trailing Entry, Trailing Take-Profit, Trailing Stop-Loss and Amount Per Trade

Important Notes

  1. Any signal edits or signal closure will be automatically applied to channel members who have automatically opened a trade from that signal. If trade was opened manually or semi-manually (using "Follow" button), then all the signal edits must be applied manually as well.

  2. You will not be able to add more entry targets if at least one take-profit has already been reached.

  3. You will not be able to change the stop loss price to be above or below the entry price, depending on long or short, respectively.

  4. Don't forget to click "Save" after editing your signal.
