If a pending order is marked with this status, that means that you violated the Binance Futures Trading Rules limitations, most likely for violating the small orders limitation, which means you exceeded the number allowed by Binance Future for small orders (below 50$).

In this case, the exchange will place a temporary ban on your account (the ban duration may change in accordance with different parameters). For more information about Binance Futures Trading Rules please visit Binance Announcements.

As long as an order has this status, it means we are waiting for the limitation to be removed from the exchange side and are trying to place the order on the exchange.

In order to avoid violation of this limitation, you can either increase your trade size or lower the number of orders in each trade, in order to reduce the number of orders below 50$.
