Everything you need to know in order to start auto-trading with Cornix!
Updated over 2 weeks ago

Now that you have registered and created a Cornix account, as well as integrated your favorite exchange to Cornix, let's quickly learn the necessary steps we need to complete so we can actually start auto-trading with Cornix :)

(if you have yet to complete the steps mentioned, please visit this article first).

1. Funding your wallet on an exchange (Binance)

First of all, we need to fund our wallets with cryptocurrency so we can trade on the market. This is a short 2-minute video that will walk you through purchasing crypto via credit/debit card. When purchasing crypto via credit card it will go directly to your 'Fiat and Spot' wallet (a deeper explanation on the wallet types is below).

2. Making sure we have funds in the right wallet

Binance (and exchanges in general) have a variety of different market types and derivatives and therefore it is essential that we introduce funds to the correct wallet type so we can go ahead and start trading with Cornix!

There are two markets in which you will end up trading with Cornix, Spot, and Future.

Spot -

in order to trade in the spot market, you need to make sure that you transfer funds to the 'Fiat and Spot' wallet (the cryptocurrency you purchase will be directed to this wallet automatically).

Future -

There are two main wallets you need to fund in order to start trading in the future market depending on your preference.

1 - USDⓈ-M Futures - USDⓈ-Margined contracts are linear futures quoted and settled in USDT or BUSD. These symbols are actually a type of cryptocurrency which represents and is identical to the dollar amount.

2 - COIN-M Futures - crypto futures contracts that are settled and collateralized in their based cryptocurrency such as BTC, ETH, XRP, and so on.

Here is an example of how you can transfer money from your 'Fiat and Spot' wallet to USDⓈ-M Futures/COIN-M Futures wallets.

Navigate to your 'Fiat and Spot' wallet and click on 'Transfer'

Choose the wallet you want to transfer funds to.

Choose the coin and the amount and click 'Confirm'.

3. Join a Signals Channel

The only thing we have left is picking the right channel for us to join so we can start auto-trading by following the channel's suggested signals.

You can choose the best channel for you by visiting the Cornix Marketplace which can be found by navigating to your web dashboard under the 'Marketplace' tab.

You will be able to filter down the channels by only showing channels that support certain exchanges, filter by price range, and more. Of course, you will be able to see reviews posted by channel members and their overall scores to help you receive a more complete picture.

Once you pick a channel to join, you can move on to creating your Signals Bot!
