In the portfolio section, you can see the current balance of your cryptocurrency assets.
Cornix gathers data from all your connected exchange accounts in one place, allowing you to view and manage your assets and positions in different ways.
Web Dashboard
At the top of this page, you can switch between tabs to see the distribution of your funds across Assets and Positions.
Assets
In this section, you can see all the coins you currently hold across all connected exchanges.
From the Assets section, you sell coins that you own - directly through Cornix. It will create a Take-Profit order:
You will need to choose the exchange account, the pair to sell it to, and the order type.
There is a choice of order types to close your position directly from Cornix:
Market – sell as soon as possible at the first available price in the orderbook
Limit – place a limit order at a specified price
Stop Limit – specify a trigger price, and once reached, a Limit order is placed
Additionally, you can view:
A pie chart showing your asset allocation
An integrated TradingView chart
Positions
In this section, you can view and close currently open positions across your accounts.
This is especially helpful when closing a trade using the Keep Coins option (learn more about this option here)
You can place Market / Limit / Stop Market / Stop Limit orders to close your position directly from Cornix:
Market – sell as soon as possible at the first available price in the orderbook
Limit – place a limit order at a specified price
Stop Market – specify a trigger price, and once reached, the position is closed with a Market order
Stop Limit – specify a trigger price, and once reached, a Limit order is placed
Create Entry Order
Selling coins through the Assets section or closing a position through the Position section will create a take-profit order. If your goal is to create an entry order instead, you can use the "Buy" button presented in the Portfolio section:
You will need to choose which symbol to buy and what exchange account to use. Then, you can select order type, direction (long or short), and leverage.
Mobile App
At the top of this page, you can switch between tabs to see the distribution of your funds across Accounts, Assets and Positions. Note that the Portfolio section on the mobile app UI also includes the Accounts section, while on the Web Dashboard, it is a separate section in the menu. Refer to this article to see an overview of both UI: Accounts Section

The difference between Trades and Positions
Note that you will mostly operate with Trades on the Cornix platform. This gives you the flexibility to open and manage several trades of the same symbol at the same time, keeping the orders connected to each separate trade.
On the exchange side, you will usually see Positions instead of Trades.
This means several trades with the same symbol will appear as one position, with an adjusted average entry price.
