If you got this notification: “The amount X specified by your configuration is lower than the minimum Y required”, It means that the amount per trade configured in your Signals Bot is too low to meet the minimum trading requirements set by the exchange for that specific pair (symbol).

🔍 Common Scenarios and How to Resolve Them

1. Your amount per trade is too low for that symbol

Each symbol has a minimum amount required by the exchange. This amount varies between different symbols and different exchanges.

If the amount you've set doesn't meet the minimum value on the exchange's trading rules, the trade cannot be opened.

To resolve this, increase your amount per trade configuration:

  • Go to “Signals Bots”

  • Select the relevant bot and Click “Edit”

  • Increase the amount on your “Amount Per Trade” configuration

📌 Note: If you're using the Percentage method, the resulting value might be lower than expected, especially if your account balance is small or most of your funds are allocated in other trades.

2. Your notification says "The amount: 0.0"

If you received a notification like: “The amount: 0.0, specified by your configuration is lower than the minimum X required”, it usually means one of the following:

  • You set the amount per trade to a fixed 0 USD

  • You have no funds in your balance

  • Your funds are not in the right wallet

  • You configured a percentage of your balance, but your current balance is 0 or a very low number

To resolve this:

  • Make sure you have funds in your connected exchange account, and they are located in the right wallet (Spot, Futures, UTA etc.)

  • Review your bot’s Amount per Trade and increase it as needed.

3. Your configured amount is higher than your available balance

If you received a notification:

"The amount: X specified by your configuration is greater than the available amount: Y"

This might happen when your bot is set to use 100% of your balance.

This kind of amount per trade configuration, especially in futures exchanges, can lead to an issues due to exchange fees and other exchange costs.

To resolve this: Use 90-95% instead of 100% to leave a small buffer.
